, I have had an epiphany since I began tackling my considerable stash and then discovering pre-cut collections. My stash is MY attempt at creating my own collections. However, it is a flawed idea, at least for me. I do not have the color courage to make adequate variety. So though I am happily working through my own hoards, I love the Safe Zone of pre-cut collections. And in the process I am gaining the color insight and courage to add the depth to my stash quilts.
