Little progress on a granddaughter's quilt because we are enjoying
a SURPRISE visit from our son
who has been living in Palau for the last year.
He is having some quality Uncle time with 2 of his neices!

Thank you so much for mentioning the Vanilla and Blooms pattern and showing pictures of yours in progress. I have this pattern and had decided not to use it, but yours is SO inspiring because of the delicious colors! Amazing what a different color scheme can do to a pattern.
Oh --- Use it! It is easy and fast with the big center squares which are also a great place for some FMQing!
This pattern is another example of the power of a good neutral.
